This really is such a super stunning marquee wedding in Essex with a dreamy Dana Bolton dress! I’ve been meaning to blog it for ages and now FINALLY, I have!!
James & Laura met in 2006 at Reading University over a jug of “Aviation Full”! I think that must be some kind of crazy student drink!! James proposed whilst skiing in Flaine and Laura’s reaction was “about time”!
Their wedding was at Laura’s family home in the Essex countryside with a gorgeous marquee from BSW Marquees Ltd and a super relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. For me, the stand out factor of the day was Laura’s Dana Bolton dress which fitted Laura like a glove and set the vibe for the day. Honestly, Laura looked incredible. Different blush bridesmaids dresses from Maids to Measure & TFNC & natural hair & make up from Kate Tighe complimented the gown perfectly and the flowers from Dovecote Flowers were simply the cherry on the top of a beautiful cake so to speak!
The tiny church in Wissington, Essex was barely able to seat all the guests but made for a gorgeously intimate setting. The whole day was just full of celebration and smiles with amazing food rom Le Talbooth and all topped off with a serious kick ass party courtesy of Truly Medley Deeply – honestly, check these guys out, so so good!
For Laura & James the most important thing about the day was celebrating with family and closest friends and you could tell. It was incredible romantic, fun and relaxed and I also had a blast! Thank you Laura & James, wishing you a fantastic future together – can’t wait to hear all about your Carapoo adventures!?!? Helen xx
